And motion is lotion. It's not a simple task to look into all facets of the the ecosystem that is the human body, and the ecosystem that is the human attached to it, but if we don't look at it all, and make it digestible, make the complex, simple, how can we ever truly expect to help people, long term? We will do just that, providing you with vital education, drills, movements and tools, with the nervous system as our main target, that you can integrate into your life and your individual movement practices, be that anything from walking and play, to Crossfit and competing in a Marathon.

I am always striving to continue to educate myself, often in interesting, novel ways. Be that from courses, books, people around me, fellow practitioners, my patients, my dog, my wife and son, whatever. The more I know, the better I can help.
